If you are bullish on GameStop, you cannot be bearish on dilution
- If you are bullish on GME, you must be bullish on collectibles.
- If you are bullish on collectibles, you must be bullish on GameStop buying eBay.
- If you are bullish on GameStop buying eBay, you must be bullish on the dilution.
They are all directly linked. GameStop has gone all in on collectibles. Acquiring eBay corners that market. And to make an acquisition of that scale happen, the capital has to come from somewhere.
The scepticism is understandable. Nobody likes seeing their shares diluted. But the logical conclusion is simple: if you want GameStop to grow, you must allow it to grow.
