Not sure if this is optimal, but on the rotations with no Sucrose/Nefer burst, I leave the last CA uncanceled because I'd run into issues with Bina's E cooldown (which would screw up the Instructor swirl). Doing it like this was easier for me than forcing myself to slow down/wait.

Also, the rotation tracker is very underrated if you want to practice your rotations in my opinion. It lets you know if you're executing too slow or if there's room for you to go faster.
