Missing load.php file from new install
Hi, I'm not technically minded, But using Claude I've built a site, But i'm having issues with Wordpress.
I've installed via Softaculous and everything looks to be ok. But i'm getting a 404 error when trying to access the admin area.
Chatgpt has run me through a few options and we seem to be missing the Load.php file, All other files that its asked me to check are there, But not that one.
Its suggested I email this email to support (ive removed URLS's) added for info
Hi,
I have installed WordPress via Softaculous for my website, but the admin area returns a 404.
The WordPress files are present, including wp-config.php, but inside wp-admin the core file load.php appears to be missing. I can see load-scripts.php and load-styles.php, but not load.php.
Please can you check why Softaculous is not extracting/copying the full WordPress core files correctly, or reinstall WordPress manually into the correct document root?
Kind regards,
Matt
