Bubufly!

My latest full size Labubu custom! I love how she came out and had way too much fun doing the teeny tiny appliqué on her wing vest lol 😂

She is up for Adoption and you can shoot me a DM for details 🧡

After Rain / Elijah

So here it is folks! I’m blessed to have a husband who knew I wanted to work on this and has let me lock myself in my craft room the last two days to finish this project lol 😂

I love how they came out - and thank you to everyone here who followed along on this journey!

Also thank you to the lovely person who said they looked like Elijah Wood - because now I can’t unsee it and that is their name forever!!

The little curl of hair is actually part of the flower crown so if I want to just have them “bald” in the raincoat I can do that as well.

The local rain storm that came through right before / after I took this was the real mvp also lol 😂

You can take Hair Salon literally!! ✂️

Posting again today to update folks who were following my question about hair removal …. You can totally do it!

Tools used:

Embroidery scissors
Seam ripper
Nail cuticle scissors - to smooth things out - they are sooo tiny it helped

There are pieces at least on Rainy here that were sewn in that I just seam ripped out - then I cut everything short as I could with the embroidery scissors and then went over everything at the end with the cuticle scissors to even out anyplace where I felt like you could still really see where the hair hole things were.

Took me about and hour and a half - also holy heck these things have Way Way more hair than you think they do lol

I am NOT a hair dresser - I had NO idea what I was doing I just went for it lol

Happy to try and answer any questions folks have about doing the same thing :)

Hair Salon Question

EDIT! - you CAN remove the hair!!! I’m posting photos of how it’s going in the comments lol 😂

Can anyone who has gotten one of these cuties send me a pic of what is under the hair?

Is it fur? A plastic doll head? I must know lol

I want to potentially customize some of these guys because I have ideas but I don’t want to buy one and then realize my idea will 100% not work and be sad.

Thank you in advance!!!
