I got this kitchen island and found that one of the legs (Google image above forgot to take a pic of them) was just sitting in this broken hole. All of the rest screw in. I have the grommet for the hole.

What would be the best way to fix this chipped empty hole so that I can screw the leg back in so it’s secure?
