Hi friends, I'm looking for insight on this. My iron levels finally within range, my ferritin has increased from 9 to 11 (previously stayed between 2 and 3), and my B12 levels are elevated. My doctor said my ferritin levels are fine, but I have headaches, shortness of breath, brain fog, anxiety, restless sleep, chills, etc. I've been alternating between a high dose liquid iron and a 25 mg iron capsule, and taking chewable B12 and Folate.
