My dad is 83 years old.been treated successfuly with Adt switching for 20 year. But last 1 year my father i feel develop castration as his psa going up despite low testaterone. Zytiga and xtandi bring his psa dowbmn.but despjte the Psa reductiob, from the mri cancer still growing.his doctor now still using wait and treat approach and want to restart lupron injection. Any suggestion and opinion. Now his psa is 2.4 from 0 something. Maybe luthrtium or any other experience
