I'll need to get from Hiroden-Miyajimaguchi Station to Shin-Fuji Station and the route provided by Google Maps is a bit confusing to me.

The confusing part comes at 8:55PM -> 9:03PM at Nagoya Station: https://i.imgur.com/qFuGxvQ.png
Is that supposed to represent a train transfer? I'm assuming that it is, because it seems to go from Nozomi 56 to Kodama 860. Or will the same train change its classification once I get there?
If these are 2 different trains, is there any way for me to figure out where exactly these trains will be located in the train station? Kodama 860 is shown as being on platform 15, but I don't know where Nozomi 56 will arrive. Given that there's only 8 minutes between the two, I'm concerned that I might end up missing the 2nd train.
Based on this Nagoya station map that I found (https://nb-img.imgix.net/images-stn-nagoya/map-Nagoya-Station.png) it looks like all Shinkansens use the same platform, so it shouldn't be that difficult to figure out.
Am I missing something?
