What is one ingredient you swear by to take a vegetable soup to the next level? I am not talking specific vegetables but is it a particular herb or spice? Sauce? Anything?
I find my soups are dull so looking for inspiration.
So I live middle floor of a 2003 block - and every night, I can hear my upstairs neighbour peeing at least 3 or 4 times. It is every few hours of an evening and sounds like he is standing in my bathroom with the clarity and volume.
I have been talking to a few people about soundproofing for my ceiling so I don't hear it quite so loud.
What are my best next steps? Is it a sound engineer or a builder? Strata aren't helping.
