Ok so posting this on her behalf. This happened in Maryland this week. Her property is on the right side of this picture.

As you can see, some mature growth pines (13ish years) that fell directly on the property line we cut down this week.

Apparently the neighbor came by and demanded she sign something about cutting trees. She has no copy of said document. She also doesn't have a copy of the property survey that put these stakes in the ground.

She afraid because she got blitzed into this and didn't understand the neighbor was planning to clear cut like this but signed something she's screwed. I think otherwise. Any advice would be helpful.
