Folkstown development by Glenveagh query
Hi everyone,
I’m considering buying The Birch house type in the Folkstown development by Glenveagh, but I haven’t been able to find a virtual tour or much real-life information about it.
Has anyone here viewed The Birch in person, reserved one, or bought one already?
I’d really appreciate any honest opinions, especially on:
How it feels in person compared with the floor plan
Whether the rooms feel spacious or narrow
Natural light in the house
Kitchen/living area layout
Bedroom sizes
Storage space
Garden size
Overall build quality and finishes
Anything you liked or didn’t like after seeing it
Anything that surprised you compared with the brochure
I’m a bit worried it might feel too narrow/small or different from what I’m expecting, especially without a virtual tour available.
