I've self-annotated this song (which I've played before on piano) but cannot find it in any books of mine, and so unfortunately I cannot play it accurately.

Importantly, these notes (and the time) are most likely incorrect. I've tried to copy it down from memory, as what's in the image is the main melody.

The most memorable part is the riff of rising notes to start it, which is repeated later a couple times in the song, with more notes each time.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but any help identifying this song would be amazing!
