Hi guys! i contacted Skywater Studios about this awesome floating monster and this is what they told me:
"Hello, that 10 foot underwater creature was made in 1989 ish and was installed in the propeller viewing tank at the Queen Mary in Long Beach,CA for a halloween event they had that year.

It was only there for a few weeks. It was made to rise up out of the water, its mouth opened and closed and the head and neck articulated to give it life. At the end of the event it was thrown away."
