Hello, first post here. I started making curry following the recipes of Ranveer Brar and now I want to experiment a bit.

I came across khatta meetha chicken in a restaurant and one recipe I can find uses mango chutney IN the gravy, and not at the end. Is it something that you can see in India or is it more of a western twist ?

If it is the second one, how is it traditionally made ?
