Thinking of getting the Epson L8100. Is it worth it for high-quality printing?

Hey everyone, I’m planning to start making and selling my own zines, and I'm looking at the Epson L8100. I really need an all-in-one that can print super sharp details and scan physical textures or collages back into my computer.

Since I do a lot of typography layouts, graphic art, and want to experiment with different papers like heavy cardstock for covers and tracing paper for overlays, print crispness is a huge priority for me.

For anyone who has used the L8100, how does it handle small text and fine lines? Does the 6-color system make a big difference for indie publishing? Also, is the built-in scanner good enough for capturing manual art textures?

Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
