For first time teachers, how quickly did you hear back from a campus after interviewing? I’m interviewing in Plano and Allen ISD today.

I’m curious to hear what districts are the easiest to secure a teaching job in and what districts do you think are the most competitive.

Hello, I’m a new teacher applying for jobs around DFW and I’m curious which districts actually drug test new hire teachers because I’ve heard many teachers have never been tested but other districts do. I like to take edibles occasionally but will stop once I start interviewing.
