Title. Our guest room is normally off limits but I guess someone left the door open and then it was closed without noticing. It's been at least a few weeks since it happened as we don't go in there often, but I was preparing the room to be used and it was right there. She doesn't normally have accidents but was fighting with a UTI a few weeks ago and had several in the span of a couple days. Would renting a spot carpet steamer be any help? This is one of the only rooms we have with carpet and I haven't had to deal with this before. All the advice online is for like....a fresh accident, not something quite old.

I work in a caregiving/Healthcare field and my boss and I need to stay on the same page regarding grocery hauls and costco runs for baby wipes, adult diapers, etc. We've gotten by on paper lists for the most part but playing phone tag if one of us are out is getting tiring. She has apple and I have android phones if that makes a difference. Thank you!
