My puppies will not leave each other alone
My boyfriend and I have a 4 month old pit/lab mix named Venom and a 5 month old chihuahua named Storm. They DO NOT know how to leave each other alone. Venom instantly lock eyes onto her and try to charge at her and Storm is super jumpy and will try to antagonize him. Whenever we try to separate them and tell them to “leave it,” they eventually try again and will not stop until they get to each other. It’s not inherently “aggressive,” but they could charge each other for hours if they were allotted. We just want them to coexist without having to play all the time but nothing we do seems to work. It has left us no choice, but to keep them in cages a lot of the time, whether it be one or both of them to prevent this. My boyfriend and I don’t have the time to work on this together because we have alternating shifts. Please please please help us understand how to get this to stop or become
