Whats your opinions on these do yall recommend?

Do i have to remove the old psf and brake fluid?

I have a 2002 se 4cyl automatic its about time i changed it. Not sure which one to use the internet says i have to use honda genuine transmission fluid how am i supposed to get that? Go to the dealership?
