[Hiring] Victorian Era art $100

hello!!! looking for an artist to draw to of my characters in an oily but digital style if that makes sense? My book takes place in the Victorian era so just an older painting esque look. It’s a sapphic book and they look like this.

Is 22 too old to start?

I’m 22 years old and I want to get to pointe eventually. I have very little experience but I love ballet and watching it. I don’t have a desire to do it professionally but I would love to as a hobby. Am I too late?
