I have a 2017 VW golf alltrak with just over 100,000 miles. I was letting my son drive the car and he has not taken care of it. There are now multiple issues including warning lights for brake fluid and “check coolant”, a check engine light, an oil leak (I suspect from the drain pan), and a new vibrating noise that may be a broken motor mount.

Is a car with this many problems even worth trying to sort out, or should I just cut my losses and get what I can for it? I’m honestly embarrassed to bring it in as I would have never let these issues pile up over time.
