Please help, severe dryness

I am urgently looking for a specialist who can help me with severe, persistent dryness that started after taking isotretinoin (Accutane) 20 mg for about 2 weeks. I have been off the medicine for 60+ days, but I still have painful, gritty dry eyes (especially the left eye), extremely dry mouth and throat, dry nose and sticky lips, along with a constant feeling of dehydration. It feels as though the medicine has severely affected or malfunctioned the glands responsible for producing mucus, tears and natural lubrication throughout my body. I also occasionally experience heavy breathing and palpitations. These symptoms are making normal daily activities extremely difficult and are severely affecting my quality of life—I feel almost handicapped by the constant dryness. I desperately need a doctor who can investigate the underlying cause and provide a treatment plan, particularly someone experienced with isotretinoin-induced dryness or mucus gland dysfunction, or sicca syndrome

If anyone can provide me contact can dm please it will help me
