Thinking of a career change

I have my BS in Information Technology. I’ve been working as a project coordinator/manager since I finished school. However, it seems like the number of jobs available is few and far between. It’s as if A.I. is replacing all of the technology positions that can be handled by A.I.

So, I’ve been researching healthcare positions. Nuclear medicine is my top choice right now. I’m wondering how difficult it is to get into the field and if the career change is worth it. Of course, I would have to go back to school, but once I finish, will there be demand in the job market or would I be wasting my time?
