Was working set when my GM pulled me aside to let me know I've been promoted!

Really excited getting my new name tag aswell as a crazy pay raise.

My question to those who are already leaders/managers is what are key things that separate someone from a trainer to a leader? Aswell as general advice for becoming a leader.
