Colorbond roof defects. Queensland. New Build.

Any roofers here. Completed a new build less than 12months ago with a colorbond roof. I was installing a sensor light down the side of the house and while I had the ladder out I had a look at the lower roof. The gutter was full of dirt and sludge but also had heaps of rusting nails and staples sitting in it. After cleaning the gutter out I climbed on the roof and noticed some issues. See attached pictures. Is this worth getting the builder involved? Also would a roof inspection report be required to assess the entire roof? This is just a small part of the roof that I can access safely.
