(UK) Primacy 5 vs Crossclimate 3

I live in Edinburgh and am replacing all four tyres soon. Above all, I prioritise comfort and road noise. I would like safe and predictable handling too, but sportiness is not particularly important to me.

Therefore, the Primacy 5 seems to be an obvious choice. However, I wont be swapping for winter tyres and was reading that all-seasons are generally recommended for the UK. The CrossClimate 3 seem to be the all-season tyres that come out top for comfort and noise. I used the TyreReviews comparison for this which showed that Primacy 5 wins basically all except snow performance - although I'm not sure if that accounts for cold weather too.

Is the tradeoff in comfort, noise, and dry/wet performance on the CrossClimate 3 worth it for the improved cold-weather performance?

Car is on 225/50/17.

Thanks
