$65/seat for a predictive dialer. 8 reps. Normal or a bad quote?

Getting quotes for a predictive dialer for an 8-rep outbound team. One vendor came in at $85/seat. Mightycall and a couple others sit in the $40-55 range but without the full predictive feature set. Is $85 normal for a proper predictive stack in 2026 or did we get a high-end vendor?

Managing a community of any decent size today has turned into a hellish routine. You are constantly switching between tabs: here you are clearing spam (because the bots missed scammers again), there you are setting up OBS for a broadcast, and in a third place you are trying to gather feedback. The entire ecosystem is fractured, and administration takes up more time than creating the actual content.

The stupidity of modern auto-moderation systems is particularly infuriating. They operate on decade-old principles, blocking perfectly normal messages over random words while letting sophisticated hate speech slide right through. And when it comes to streaming, embedding a player into your own chat without workarounds and third-party ads is an impossible task for most popular messengers.

Because of this, I have a question for the experts: has at least one sane solution appeared on the market that positions itself as a platform for community chats with a "smart" AI moderator and built-in broadcast-quality streaming? I want to find a product where moderation doesn't annoy users and a stream can be launched with a single button right inside the app.
