Cutting out for no reason.

I have 2 Reolink Argus Pro.
Working fine , but at times it cuts out and just says device disconnected.
Both cameras at the exact same time .
Is it possible there is a way to block these ? I do have a trespasser that I’m trying catch out.
These a couple of years old and temperature gets down to 6’ at night, could it just be too cold ?

You can see plenty of battery left. I’m so confused and this guy is persistent:(

If I need new ones please let me know and I’ll order them asap . Thanks so much .

4 meter fence required between us an investment property of overseas owner

We want to EXTEND an existing side boundary fence up to the front letterbox , (about 5 meters .

Our front yard is unfenced past the house wall.

RE says overseas owners said no.
We are unable to get a 1991 Divided fences act form signed , because he’s overseas .
We are happy to pay ourselves . It’s only a few meters long .
The fence will stop headlights hitting our bedroom windows and keep our grand children and pets safe.

Can we use the RE correspondence as a substitute legal document “ 1991 divided fences act “?
Or
Do we get the agent to sign the Diving Fences act form ?

Surveys are done and marked ready ( our cost) .

Fence will comply with council by laws.
