Has anyone worked in both, is there a big difference, would it be easy to make the change as a junior qs? Is the british construction sector strong at the moment?

Is there any measurable difference taking a grad job at a tier ones vs say a sub contractor doing utilities or civils. I am getting mostly offers from civils contractors and am wondering if it would be negative at the start of your career.

Who do you support if you have no local club? The nearest club is Wexford which is an hour away or Waterford but dont feel any affiliation to them counties or clubs. Who do you support if there is no club near you, it seems like a big barrier to trying to follow the league as most clubs are in Dublin.

Is it possible to get jobs through these guys in Ireland? They never reply and arnt getting me any interviews. How come there is so much jobs advertised online but no one replies? Is this a common issue for recent graduates?
