My original CAW Joey Hollywood
So I’ve been stuck back on WWE 2k23 for a while because I’m a pauper and couldn’t afford to get 24, 25 when they came out. I know the servers are dead now, I’m just prefacing why my screen shots are not of a newer game. I’ve shied away from sharing this with others, even when friends told me I should. This isn’t just a CAW to me. This is THE CAW that’s followed me from SVR. He’s appeared on multiple games since then so I feel I have a really good handle on his character. He’s not just a look and a moveset. He’s a full character with a kayfabe self and a “real” self that helps it all make sense as to why he is how he is. Sad? I don’t think so. This is a labour of love. You can like it or hate it - this is me pep talking myself into sharing this with humans because I’m an anxious sort and just assume I’ll get shit from people. That sounds like a me problem. Anyway here’s some pics and I am happy to share some backstory and characterisation for anyone who may be interested (there’s a lot)
