Just had my first sleep paralysis episode I've never been this terrified.

I am writing this right now because my hands are still shaking and my throat physically hurts from trying to scream. I need to share this just to calm down.

Earlier, I was reading articles online about intense Tantric temples (Kamakhya Temple )and ancient curses. Months ago a local priest also told my family that I had accidentally crossed a path and invited bad energy. I didn't think much of it then but my brain clearly remembered it.

I fell asleep right after reading and the worst nightmare of my life happened.

I woke up in my bedroom but I couldn't move.

Suddenly, a strange lady wearing bright yellow clothes with a huge red bindi appeared out of nowhere

She walked to my bed and tried to attack me.

I panicked and tried to scream for my parents at the top of my lungs.

I could hear the deafening screams inside my own head, but no physical sound came out of my mouth. An invisible force pinned me down and then a heavy blanket dropped on me out of nowhere I was suffocating and trapped in a terrifying loop.

When I finally snapped awake I was trembling violently It felt 100% real.

I know now it was just a severe episode of sleep paralysis. My mind woke up before my body could unlock causing a scary waking hallucination based on the stories I read right before bed. It is crazy how the human brain can turn hidden fears into something that feels so real.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Currently obsessed with this colour 🫰😍💅

Nothing extraordinary just simple manicure with basic nail paint (it's not perfect but I like it 🤭)
