1. He will sleep in a parking garage for even weeks at a time, no problem for him. He doesn't care about comfort.
2. But then out of nowhere, on occasion, with money he's earned from a heist, or existing cash he stores aroudn the city, he goes in and checks into a 5 star hotel. But here is the catch: he sleeps on the floor of that hotel room.
3. At breakfast, the Joker simply walks through the buffet, grabs the jug of milk and nothing else, starts drinking it and he walks out of the hotel - he doesnt check out. He just leaves.
4. He goes to the drycleaners to wash another version of his suit.
5. He attends a costume ball - where with his charm, lack of inhibition, and ability to mimic human attunement - he charms a woman and seduces her
6. Another night he gets chinese take out and eats it sitting on the side walk. It doesn't bother him if its dirty or what other people might think. He does what he wants when he wants for whatever reason he feels like it.

7 & 8 - he gets in scuffles with certain mobb bosses, or gangsters, which of course don't move or shake him a bit, he calmly shrugs them off or adresses the minimum necessary concerns or topics that relevant for business and logistics.

Other scene ideas: He once sees a kid on the playground, and starts to scare him for fun. But he takes it far and keeps scaring him. Parents get invovled. He keeps trying to scare the kid until parents are literally pulling him away and get physical. Then he exits the situation.

Edit; Having thought of it, this idea might be more suited to a short film rather than a full on movie
