Amazon registry USPTO verification code
I was specifically told when I signed up with vitals trademark that I would be getting verification of Amazon, attorney representation and the brand registry.
I paid the fee and then they told me that in order for them to verify the code with Amazon it'll cost me $500.
I have it in writing them saying there would be no extra fees for me to get on to Amazon and everything would be good to go for this one time fee.
I don't understand how they can get away with this but they said they won't continue unless I pay the fee and I can't continue with Amazon without it.
When I asked what the verification paid for that I have in writing she replied with this:
"Amazon verification" generally refers to the overall identity or account verification process required to confirm your details and eligibility within Amazon's system.
At this point should I just pay the fee or should I get a refund and go with someone else? She said there would be no more fees beyond this but I can't trust them at this point.
We already had the trademark and we already were on the USPTO but the attorney wasn't verifying the code so I had to switch to a different one that would verify the code and they said they would but now they're renegging.
