My first 1st Gen!
Just picked up this 1st generation iPod in absolute pristine condition for 475€ (based in The Netherlands)
I could not be more happy! Me and my girlfriend visited the new Apple Museum in Utrecht (NL) last week where we saw this iPod on display and we immediately fell in love. I started looking for one and lo and behold, here she is 🥰
The seller also had a brand new wireless Apple keyboard that I got for free with the purchase (see last photo).
As you can see it’s on firmware version 1.3. Should I keep it on that?
Within a few weeks I should get an Apple Thunderbolt to Firewire adapter and a Firewire 9-pin to Firewire 6-pin cable. I figured this should be perfect for connecting the iPod to my MacBook Air 13” 2015 (correct me if I’m wrong please).
All in all I’m super happy to add this to my collection !
