Hi! I am a BU Senior and my 4 free tickets (which I secured prior to the deadline) are not in my Ticketmaster account.

I know Ticketmaster has been glitching but I need to send the tickets to my parents prior to Sunday. I have tried calling Agganis, Ticketmaster directly and Commencement, and used Cappy AI and none of these resources have helped me get my tickets.

I know other Seniors have had this issue but what are people doing/ what should I do. I know that I got my tickets. I have family traveling from so far, this is so upsetting. I NEED to get the tickets
