I’m based in NC/USA and seriously considering buying a used Ioniq5 for use as a sole household vehicle. We are a couple with one work from home and one in office with a 30 mile daily RT commute. This would be our first EV purchase.

We’ve done research for several months. Genuinely conflicted between strong overall reviews and high number of concerns with ICCU issues and other reliability questions. But we are test driving and researching several 2024 SEL models this week based on sense that warranty/mileage/options/price are in our sweet spot. We are not considering a new purchase or lease at this time.

Here for all advice and recommendations. If we do go forward I expect we will also pay to have a Level 2 charger installed at home though we also have nearby option for Level 3—advice on this would be great too.

Wild story here. Seems like we are hearing about lots more car break-in activity around town the last two weeks but this sounds like it’s on a different level.

Haven’t seen much news about the club’s review of the physio team and operations as announced last month. For all the team accomplished this year, coming off a World Cup summer it would seem player fitness and avoiding overuse injuries will loom large next year. Wonder if anyone has spotted more on this?
