Looking for advice on my posture. Hyperkyphosis? Hyperlordosis? Both? Anterior Pelvic Tilt? U

I’ve (34m) have been obsessing (paralysis by analysis) over my posture for the last few weeks after undertaking a serious lifestyle change and working with a personal trainer. I figured I just had some degree of hyperlordosis/anterior pelvic tilt but upon further research it looks like I may have some form of hyperkyphosis as well. I’ve never been to a doctor for this nor am I in any pain due to these but I am very self conscious about it and it’s kind of bringing me down mentally. I’m curious if this would be fixable if I worked with a physiotherapist or if I should seek medical help. I would appreciate any and all opinions and advice anyone is willing to offer.

Need opinions and advice

I’ve (34M) been obsessing over my posture lately thinking I just have some degree of APT. Upon further research it looks like I may have some type of kyphosis as well. I’ve never been to a doctor for this issue nor am I in any pain. I’m curious if this seems postural and correctable or if I should seek medical attention to this. I would appreciate any and all advice/information based on these pictures. Thank you.
