All For One is a quirk(power) and a codename for Zen Shigaraki. The central villain of the anime My Hero Academia. All For One can take or give quirks(powers) via physical contact. This allows All For One to theoretically have all known powers within the My Hero Academia universe. Through the use of multiple quirks and ambition AFO has achieved slow aging, super strength, super speed + reflexes, super durability, enhanced senses, genius intellect, and indomitable will. AFO can zone, tank, flank, disable, and immodlize targets through the use of the quirks available to him in his respective universe.
Rogue is the codename of the mutant Anna Marie from Marvel Comics. She is capable of absorbing the life force, attributes, memories, and superpowers of anyone through physical touch. Through the use of her mutation most notably used against Carol Danvers(Captain Marvel) she has gained the ability of flight, superhuman strength, speed, and durability. With access to all the powers known in Marvel Comcis Rogue would also gain notable abilities like spider-sense, adapt to survive, telepathy, and healing factor.
