Are Ace Specs going away next rotation? Or will new ones or something akin be printed?

If anything, they help the most to make otherwise less consistent decks more consistent, so I don’t love the idea of the playable field becoming even more narrow.

I want this deck to work so badly but it just falls short too often. Anyone else have better experiences with Manectric?

I know the deck is not very competitive and there are better options. I just love the play style of the deck when it works. The option to wall, hit big, spread damage (mega eelektross), bench snipe (zeraora), and have on board draw power.

The pitch black manectric gives more depth with another blocking attack for evolutions. I really think this deck could be good but I cannot for the life of me find a way to keep it consistent.

Does anyone have techs that have worked for them to get it to work better for them?

Can’t seem to stick with a deck and it’s really disheartening me from playing

I started playing in January after getting back into collecting as well. Built the Tim Danklin Bloodmoon Ursaluna deck after watching his video. Absolutely loved that deck. Didn’t win a game for the first few weeks. Kept getting better, and a couple months in, won my locals.

Since rotation I cannot seem to find a deck I enjoy and want to stick with. Granted, playing so many decks has made me a more well-rounded player, but not having a go-to has made me feel less confident in my abilities and lose games that I otherwise feel I could have won.

At this point, should I just find one and stick with it, or is experimenting at this stage the best thing I can do?
