Brawl Stars needs more defensive counterplay against mobility creep

I think the game has slowly become too centered around burst damage and hyper-mobile assassins.

A lot of slower brawlers feel like they exist mainly as targets unless they specifically hard-counter assassins. In many matchups, once an assassin gets on top of you, there's very little room for mechanical outplay or recovery, and with all the tools an assassin has its super easy to get on top of someone.

One thing League of Legends does well is giving their characters access to limited defensive tools like Flash. Even though it has a long cooldown, it creates moments for positioning, prediction, baiting, and skill expression.

I'm not saying every brawler literally needs a Flash ability, but I do think Brawl Stars could benefit from more universal defensive mechanics:

- brief disengage tools
- stronger reaction windows
- limited-use escape options
- more counterplay gadgets for vulnerable brawlers

Right now, the game can sometimes feel too "all-in," especially with the amount of mobility and burst damage that exists.

I think adding more defensive skill expression would improve both balance and overall gameplay quality.
