Hot Take: The 1998 Godzilla (Zilla) Wasn’t THAT Bad

I know this might make a few people mad, but it was a pretty good movie (for someone trying to make their own, unique monster). The movie is definitely more grounded, and I like that they paid attention to the little details in the design. But, I get why it is so hated, that’s why I put hot take. If you agree with me (or disagree), put it in the comments. (If this gets too much hate, I will take it down)

The Spino Rex. (Indom 2.0’s worst nightmare)

Its height is 17ft tall and 38ft long, and 9 tons.

The DNA is the following:

Allosaurus anax- size, head, arms, claws

Tyrannosaurus- legs, neck, spine, tail

Spinosaurus- sail (thermal regulation)

Cuvier's Dwarf Caiman- full body protection (is mixed with the durability of the anax and Rex)

Stonefish- venom glands (passive poison, in body only), makes the sail itself and body spikes retractable (not sail spikes, only sail), makes the sail bones thicker to support the movement (the body spikes and sail move backwards in an arch, not in and out like a machine)

Gyrocanthus- spikes (replaces the stonefish spikes by acting like a bigger, stronger injection point for the venom, on sides and sail)

Komodo Dragon- gular flutter (thermal regulation), venoms glands in the mouth (active venom), immune system

(This is to fight Goji Center’s Indom, not InGen’s. Also, tell me what your thoughts about this)
