But I was diagnosed with PTSD recently and they gave me the option of therapy or medication. The medication they want me on is Zoloft or Lexapro. But I don’t like what the side effects are on those. I don’t really like taking medication. I don’t trust it. With the therapy I don’t want to go. I don’t trust people like that. I also have a rating and was wondering if it would hurt my rating to deny both of those treatments and just deal with it on my own. Thanks in advance.

Like the title says, today I look and I’m on step 5 but I have a psych evaluation for ptsd scheduled still soon. Is this anything to worry about?
