Wondered if anyone has had a similar experience and could shed some light on what the issue could be. At motorway speeds there is a creaking type sound coming from what sounds like the top of the door frame. Not noticeable at slow speeds.

It has been to the main dealer twice now to resolve the issue and whilst they found the “issue” both times, the parts replaced have failed to resolve the issue. One was a loose trip clip and the other was the inner door handle.

Recently got a Kuga and have a question around the charging cable/port.

Should you be able to press the unlock button in the charging port area to remove the charging cable even whilst the car is locked? (Have turned off keyless entry in the SYNC3 system) I assumed that if the car was locked it wouldn’t let you remove the cable…
