Horrible Reef Light

Rented a PAR meter from a LFS to see how my fluval Marine 3.0 was performing. Not good. My 10" depth corals were getting 5 PAR.... upgraded to a Blade today now they are getting 220~ PAR. Had them for about 2 weeks with 5 PAR. They still look good but I'm wondering if that was too long with that low light for there to be no damage done to them. What do y'all think?

Reef Lighting question

55 gallon tank, 1x Fluval marine 3.0 59w, 18" depth.

All of my coral is about 10" deep I was just curious if they're getting enough PAR. I'll post pics of the coral I have.

Should I completely upgrade the lights or get a second marine 3.0?

Let me know your thoughts.

Sand crater forming constantly

2 month+ old tank. 55 gallon.

I have messed with my Powerheads constantly to try and get a good balance for sand movement and coral swaying but this huge crater keeps forming any advice? I'll attach pics of my Powerheads and spray bar positions.

Crater forms right in the front center of the glass. Spray bar angled slightly upwards towards the front glass. Left powerhead angled upwards towards back glass (pretty much aimed right at the spray bar) right powerhead angled upwards towards front glass.
