Hi. Experienced seed and clone grower here with concerns about early bud formation. Bought healthy 8 inch clones 3 weeks ago. Still seeing little height growth with no lateral branch growth. Bud formation noted at top of plants and at fan leaf junction with stem. Wondering if the clones were taken from relatively mature plants which had already stopped growth phase, or even from fully mature plants at bud harvest? I'm still waiting for better outdoor weather with warmer soil temp before setting plants outside, so its not too late to start with new clones if the ones I have are duds.
