I've recently been thinking about switching from tumbleweed to leap but I wanted to know if it was truly worth it, or if Tumbleweed is better

What would you guys recommend as desktop enviroment on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed? Currently on KDE plasma.

This night I installed OpenSUSE Tumbleweed on my Dell latitude e5250, and I wondered: what are some essential packages to install? So I decided to go on reddit, ask a question about it. So, here is the question; what are essential packages I should install?
