Does anyone have a suggestion for a non-AI project management software? I used to use and love Monday and Wrike, but I'm increasingly working with clients who are artists and rightfully boycott AI.

I regularly use excel and word documents with these clients but I'm looking for something that can help us track projects like Monday and Wrike did before they added their AI software.
