Any tips as far as dealing with paresthesia?

Post an attack of sciatica I have been left with that web foot sensation, its also like a dull ' pins and needles' that occasionally becomes more severe.

Docs have tried me with both Duloxetine and Venlafaxine with no success.

It really is a frustration since it os right foot and has turned driving into an absolute frustration
