Here is a version of Powercuff. I had an iPhone 12 on iOS 14.5 running Mario's version of Powercuff. I made a backup of the .deb file and converted it using Xinaf1re. I'm not entirely sure if it works, but the tweak installed perfectly on my iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 16.6 with the Nathanlr jailbreak.
