Hello - Any suggestions for the best Sunday roast in Southport (or within half an hour drive either way). We are visiting friends in Birkdale for a few days.
(I've heard Legh Arms is good - any thoughts?)
Thanks!
Spotted on a walk this evening near the dog park at Stormont.
After almost 50 years, it’s time for us to say goodbye ♥️
Dobbins Inn will close, with our last day being 21st September. Derek & Maureen while operationally retired, have owned Dobbins for nearly five decades & along with Kirsty have welcomed thousands through our doors. We had hoped to pass the business on, but it was not to be and like many small independent hotels, we have found the going tough of late.
To everyone who celebrated with us, stayed with us or simply popped in, thank you. To our loyal regulars and our incredible staff, past and present, you made this place what it is. You created the many thousands of moments and memories that will stay with us.
We plan to be open as normal until 21st September, and we would love to see you before then.
